About the role…

This is a client services lead role within a fast-paced, growing agency. As Senior Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of key client accounts, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring the smooth delivery of projects across multiple channels.

What you’ll be doing day to day…

• Managing and developing relationships across a portfolio of key client accounts

• Acting as the main day to day client contact, ensuring clear and consistent communication

• Coordinating internal teams to deliver creative and digital projects effectively

• Taking briefs, managing workflows, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to scope

• Running regular client meetings and providing updates, reporting, and insights

• Supporting campaign planning and ensuring strong execution across all activity

• Identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships and improve delivery

• Ensuring projects are well organised, commercially aware, and aligned to client goals

About you…

You’ll be an experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager with a background in a creative, social, or digital. You’ll be confident managing client relationships, highly organised, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.

What we’re looking for…

• Experience in an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager role within an agency

• Strong understanding of digital and TikTok Shop

• Confident client-facing communicator with strong relationship-building skills

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management

• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Proactive, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure

• A genuine interest in creative and digital marketing
